Omega is committed to conducting business in accordance with the highest ethical and legal standards. Failing to do so puts Omega’s name, reputation for integrity and business at risk. It is Omega’s policy to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If any employee has a question or concern about the conduct or legality of any action, they should in first instance turn to their immediate supervisor, who will involve the appropriate individuals such as General Counsel or VP of Human Resources.

 

In addition, Omega has contracted with EthicsPoint to provide a confidential telephone hot line and website. If for any reason, you feel the procedures laid out in the Employee Handbook do not fit a specific situation, we encourage you to communicate via EthicsPoint. Reports you submit to EthicsPoint will remain confidential and anonymous, unless you indicate otherwise.

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a “report key.” Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
